自酿的葡萄酒变酸了有两种原因:
1,发酵时间太长,没有及时终止发酵,没有及时倒桶,俗话说叫发酵过了,酒变成了醋。
2,另一种原因是酒液被醋酸菌污染,酒液变质,变酸,这种情况是不能饮用的。
自酿葡萄酒的方法如下:
材料:新鲜的葡萄,白糖,容器。
第一步,去市场购买新鲜的葡萄,把坏掉的葡萄挑出来。

第二步,洗干净葡萄然后泡半小时淡盐水,再冲洗一遍。

第三步,冲洗完成后放在外面干净的地方晾干,不要让葡萄把多余的水分带进去。

你放 酵母了么? 如果放了还是这样有可能是温度、密封两种情况,不知道你是哪里人,有可能跟你那的温度也有关系,温度我们家做的时候基本上在25度以上,但是说超过30度也不好。另外要每天搅拌一下,不然发酵不均匀。。
