【摘要】：自1995年上汽集团首次与国内金融机构联合推出汽车贷款消费以来，国内汽车贷款经历了13年的发展。目前我国汽车贷款的形式已经十分严峻并引起了国家和相关机构的高度重视。汽车贷款风险难以控制，相关人士和机构一直致力于此，但效果并不乐观。本文首先从汽车发展现状出发，收集了大量关于汽车贷款风险的数据进行分析。从这些数据中理性的总结出现在汽车贷款风险的原因所在。汽车贷款风险之所以难以控制，原因很多。本文将这多种原因结合当前的实际进行对策分析。然后参照国外汽车贷款的经验做比较，多角度的分析大量专业人士的建议和看法，最终对汽车贷款风险防范的措施进行归纳。
