Sorry for my abrupt email. My name is XXX and am very interested in your civil engineering graduate study. My IELTS is 4.5 but I have take GRE yet. I would be deeply appreciative if you can talk about my following questions.

1. How long and how much does it take to pass the language requirement? How about bridge construction courses?

2. How many credits do I need to graduate with a bridge construction concentration? How much does each credit cost?
