本次水污染控制工程课程设计的题目是“厌氧+好氧处理乳制品生产废水处理工艺设计”。乳制品废水的特点是无毒无害,可生物降解,在不同时间所排放废水的pH值变化很大,胶体浓度高,故其浊度也相对较高。任意排放可能会造成水体富营养化、破坏自然水体生态等严重后果。
根据乳制品生产废水的以上特性,经过认真比选,我决定采用“UASB+SBR”工艺,主体构筑物为上升式厌氧污泥床反应器和序批式活性污泥法反应池,并将依据给定条件及相关数据确定其设备选型,完成主体处理构单元的设计计算及相关图纸的绘制,最终确定完整处理工艺流程。
经以上工艺处理,可以保证出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。能够有效地将乳制品生产废水对环境的污染降到最低。
