正式的英文回信

我申请了英国一所比较权威的大学，他们给我来了一封信，让我upload我的成绩单和大学毕业证明等材料，但是我虽然已经毕业，这些材料却还没有寄到我家里。
我应该怎样用英语非常得体地表示： 感谢你们的来信，我非常愿意提供我的材料。我在中国的特区念完大学，现在学校正在寄送我的材料，几天后才能到达。非常抱歉给您带来的不便，谢谢您！
这些我虽会翻译，但是我想要尽可能地道一些，万能的网友们帮帮忙，谢谢！

My name is ... and my application number is ...(如果有申请号的话） I was notified by your email to upload my result slip and graduation cert. However these documents are currently being delivered to me from my originally university. I will upoad these documents once I recieve them. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I'm so glad to hear from you and really appreciate your reminder.

As mentioned in your message I would like to provide all those remaining documents which were previously missed as soon as possible. I have already contacted my university and gotten a confirmation that all my relating documents has been sent off to me. The only unfortunate is that it may still take a few days to arrive. Hope I can receive them very soon.
