Health is most important for any of us. ]n order to stay healthy, we need some mon knowledge.

You must pay attention(注意) to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat. As a proverb(谚语) says, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health. Don't have a lot of food that contains too much fat, such as butter. Meanwhile, sweets should be eaten in proper quantity, because too much sugar does harm to us. Don't drink too much coffee,either.

As we can see from people around, those who always stay up late or get really serious sick are easy to get tired and lose interest in their daily activities. In contrary, people who do exercises regularly look more fresh and spirited.

At last, we will have more friends when we get better both phisically and mentally. When we bee more confident, energetic and even cheerful, it's easy to attract more friends around.

In sum, health can do us lots of benefits. It brings us self-confidence, activeness and friends.Thus, we should pay more attention to our health because a healthy body can bring us plenty of changes in life.
