如题，原题是：

我是这样分析的，“the weeks that followed”表示的是“后来的几周”，所以应该是将来时态，所以应该是过去将来时，所以我选了C，但是答案却是D，那难道"the weeks that followed"表示的是过去时态吗？？顺便问一下这个短语的正确意思！谢谢！
