Aeroplanes have the repuation of being dangerous and even...... of后面为什么要加个being?我知道介词of后面必须加名词，但把dangerous改成名词形式不就行了吗？为什么要加being?难道是被动？

be dangerous 就是一个系表结构，由于放在介词of后面，所以用动名词being

后面不是动词哪里是被动的，你的想法是对的
但仔细品读一下会发现意思上还是有些细微差别
Aeroplanes have the reputation of danger飞机有危险的声誉
Aeropalnes have the reputation of being dangerous
飞机有是危险的声誉(陈述飞机是危险的，含有主观，可能性意味)

介词后面可以跟很多，如：
介词+名词(指方位的,地点的,物品)：at school，at home,on the desk
介词+动名词:He is good at playing football.
介词+表示时间的词:in the morning ; at noon
介词+人名:Except Mr.Wang,we went to see the film.
介词+名词性短语:The composition is very good except for a few spelling mistakes.

在你这道题目中是要加动名词的所以只能填being，我们老师跟我们讲的是介词后加动词的ing形式
