本人急求医学专业英语高手帮我翻译一篇论文摘要，在线等，尽量是语法和词汇都比较准备，不要百度在线翻译的。摘要如下：对产后抑郁症高危产妇的尽早筛选及人际心理护理的干预效果进行探讨。方法 回顾分析2010年1月-2013年1月在我院接受调查的100名高危产妇，通过随机抽取形式，将其分成实验组与对照组2组，各50名。其中对照组的50名产妇按照常规的护理措施实施；实验组患者于产后7d开始采取人际心理的护理措施展开60d的干预，同时在产后的28d、56d利用爱丁堡产后抑郁的测量表（EPDS）对两组患者进行测试，统计与分析EPDS测量结果。结果 两组患者在产后第28d、56d的抑郁程度比较，存在显著的差异性（P<0.01）；实验组患者的人际心理护理效果显著优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 对产后抑郁症高危产妇进行人际心理的护理措施干预，能显著改善患者的抑郁症状，减少抑郁症状的出现次数。
