7. 错综时间条件句。你错在死套虚拟语气的结构。
本句中，前面的假设是在过去。但结果却是在现在(the housing problems now)

8. admit (to) doing sth.承认做某事，其中的to是介词，后面要用动名词。

11.答案貌似错了吧。it is the first time have done /is was the … had done 是固定搭配。但建议你还是问一下老师，毕竟我们都不是专业的。
12.for half an hour 是一段时间，不能与短暂性动词begin 连用。by 过去的时间作状语，句子谓语用过去完成时。by 将来的时间作状语，句子谓语用将来完成时。
13.for preventing them 表目的修measures 而take 的真正主语是measures 所以用复数。
14.pay attention to 固定词组。而且考察了情态动词，这也是一个重点内容。
