there are many reasons why staffs quit, however only two are reality:1, pay load, insufficient;2, mood, unhappy circumstance. and both these two reason can be filled into one: it is not a satisfied work. and staffs try their best to find suitable reasons when they wanne quit: in order to save your face, instead of telling you that your management is a mess, and he is very dissappointed on you
