don't be shy！
when it comes to shy. Most of us , from the very beginning , is under shying. Because doing something in front of the crowd, more or less ,will feel uneasy. for such reason, even we have excellent skill and ability , we may perform not well even bad. So, believe that you are the best, no matter how bad you will make ,neve worry it . After all ,you could stand here to do that , at least ,it prove that you already conquer yourself on physical. So give yourself applaud. You wind your time and oppotunaty.

一开始可以写自己比较害羞，什么都不敢去尝试，即使自己很想去做的事情，也因为担心出丑而放弃。后来有朋友鼓励你不要害羞，你体验到了成功和快乐，然后明白不用害羞的道理。
