1、相关资料的收集和梳理分析：
（1）查阅期刊网、出版物，了解对学生工状况的已有研究和调研报告，查阅与学生工有关的国家相关法律、法规和政策文件，对学生工的状况有基本的了解；
（2）了解南京市职业学校的种类和性质，了解其学生实习的流向；
（3）了解新港、浦口、江宁等企业集中的开发区企业使用学生工情况；
（4）了解学生工工作的种类和场所
2、调查任务:
以量化调查为主，质性研究为辅
调查对象为16～24岁在江苏就读的学生打工者
具体计划：
（1） 问卷950份；
（2） 20个目标人群的个案访谈
（3） 教育、劳动监察、工会、企业等相关部门领导的访谈
