不急的话可以室内常温解冻,或者放微波炉里解冻。
直接清洗外表就可。
简单做法就是水煮,放少许盐,煮7—10分钟,出锅后可以即食或者再勾芡淋到鲍鱼上即可。再者可以焗鲍鱼做饭比较复杂。
