本人去年9月9日至12月15日之间作为交流生在英国****大学学习。回国前一周不慎遗失护照，回国机票已经买好来不及补办护照，因此到英国中国大使馆办理了旅行证回国。回国之后英国当地居民在店铺中发现了我的护照并移交给了学校，学校帮我快递到了中国。
因此，我2012年9月是带着护照出国，2012年12月是带着旅行证入境的。
想签证的时候解释下这个情况，求专八的大牛或者专业人士帮忙翻一下这个签证文件！（特别是题目和最后一句话）

Las tyear between 15 Sep to 9 Dec I was studying at ****** University as an exchange student. Unfortunately, the week before I went back to china I lost my passport.At that time I have already bought my flight ticket home, and there is no spar time to have a passport reissued, so I handled a travel document in theChinese Embassy to return home.
Afterreturn to china, a British resident found my passport in a store and handed over to the university, then the school help me to courier my passport to China.

I have studied in the university of XXX in UK from 9 Sep 2012 to 15 Dec 2012 as an exchanged student. Unfortunately I lost my passport in the last week before I left UK. Due to the time pressure, I cannot get my new passport in time. Then I applied a travel certificate in the Chinese Embassy in attempt to return to China on time. After my comeback to China, someone found my lost passport in a shop in UK and then returned it to my university. The staff of the university helped me deliver it to my current address in China.

Therefore, I brought my passport to abroad in Sep 2012 and used travel permit to return China on Dec 2012.
