Dear friends,Today my topic is about honesty. Before I start my speech, let me ask you a question. what do you believe in? Of course, different people may have different answers. some may choose hard word; some may believe money is everything; others may think that nothing is more important than power. But in my opinion, honesty is the best policy. This is also the title of my speech today.
We'd better be honest. People often trust an honest man no matter What he says and does, so an honest man has much more chances and ways to succeed. Honesty also makes a person happy and gains fame and a lot of praise. If a man tells a lie, his red face may betray him, and at the same time, he will live in fright and worry. How can he be happy? Once, he is found to tell lies, his friends may leave from him and may never trust him again. How can he be respected by the others?So, it will make us live a happy life to be honest.
