关于自我效能感的概念及其与其他相关概念的关系问题是理论本身的基础问题。概念上的混乱必会引起理论和实践上的混乱。因此应加强这方面的研究。自我效能感被认为是知识技能转化为行为的中介过程的重要解释因素,但自我效能感是全部原因吗?是否还有其他原因?自我效能感是对自身某方面能力的评价、判断和预测,但这种能力是个体的真实能力还是主观认为的能力?此外,人的能力的概念的产生是在9岁左右,那么9岁儿童的自我效能感是否存在?自我效能感的发展和培养应是自我效能感研究的重点。班杜拉对自我效能感的研究主要采用的是微观方法,并且多是量表评估的方式,这就使得对不同领域的研究结果之间的比较难以进行,也难以对变量作稳定的定性研究。由于基本概念的不明确,测量结果也难以明确要测的到底是什么。因此应加强研究方法的研究。应扩展自我效能感在应用领域的研究,尤其是集体效能的提出,对集体行为领域的应用研究更具重要意义。还应加强纵向研究,以明晰个体自我效能感或集体效能发展的阶段性及其自我效能感发展变化的规律。 展开
