by+时间点是将来完成时的标志（will have done），life与change又为主动关系，所以用将来完成时的主动形式，will have changed

从but now可以知道他现在已经不再workshop工作，所以只可能是过去在那，因此填过去时worked
used to do 表示过去常常做某事，在这里用也很合适
