你可以尝试检查C:\AppServ\www\tianma\languages\zh_cn\admin\template.php的文件编码是否有问题。

检查的方法：

1. 下载一个notepad++；

2. 用notepad++打开这个文件，然后选择格式，如果选择项不是“UTF-8 无BOM”，就需要转换编码格式；

3. 转换格式的方法：ctrl+A，然后ctrl+X，剪切源码所有内容（文档内容为空，这样做是为了避免转编码的时候，中文会变乱码），然后选择菜单“格式-UTF8无BOM”，再ctrl+V还原内容，保存。

4. 如果是编码格式问题，应该就可以解决的。

首先你可以覆盖 includes /  cls_template.php这个文件试试。

不行你可以后台清缓存，如果后台也进不去 可以到 temp文件夹里面的文件夹 里的文件全部删除

如果只是后台出错，建议下载ecshop最新版本，单独上传admin文件夹试试看
