口语问题：Can you tell me about some recent changes in your hometown.
我的回答：Well, i think the most obvious change is the increasing number of cars. With the rapid development of economy in my hometown, more and more people become have conditions to own private cars.But it causes more traffic jams than ever before.

　　你的意思是想说“变得有条件”，其实可以变通为“能够买得起”，可以改为 more and more people can afford to own their private cars 或more and more people have their economic capability to be able to afford to own their private cars
