Say 后面不能接to,只有speak to ,talk to，这两者也要在特定场合下才能接to。

say 后面不接to?可是直接引语改成间接引语一般不都是A said to B,"............."的形式嘛，怎么会不能接to呢？或者像这句："Don't move, "Jack said to her.

say后面可以加to，但Say 主要是一个及物动词 有时可以做不及物动词，但不及物动词有条件的 比如说
XiaoZhang said to me," Have you been to Beijing?"
像这样，后面接上直接引语，就可以的。但是如果要转成间接引语就不行了，要说asked me ...
用在宾语从句前，要直接说said that...
He said that he didn't go to see the film last night.
