Of course is hard work.In order to success,we can't just dream all day without doing anything,then we won't make any progress .Dreaming is kind of wasting time.However,if we work hard ,we can gain more experience,which is important to success.we can learn a lot from practice,as is said ,theory should be put into practice.In all,only when we do can we have a change.
