电脑开机的时候出现蓝屏和白色英文字母请问怎么解决

这种蓝屏一般有三种可能：
1：系统故障，重新恢复下系统就OK了。
2：内存故障，把内存条的金手指用干净的棉布擦一下就OK。
3：硬盘故障，用DM把硬盘重新格式化一次，再重装系统就OK
