第一句中的in the way意思以某种方式，是一个方式状语。后面的museums are operated是一个定语从句，修饰way，即按照博物馆运作的方式。

第二句中的介词in，表示在某个方面，修饰并限定ingredients的范围，即制作蛋糕时的最重要成份。

第三句不能改成动词，因为analyse往往是用作及物动词，另外，方式不能分析，只能说分析方式。

some修饰可数名词单数，意思是某个，表示泛指。这里的意思您说对了。

write sb和write to sb都对。
