针对连杆传统制造工艺中的缺点,为了降低制造费用和工时,提高配合精度,连杆断裂剖分工艺被提出,并首先于80年代中,由Alfling公司在德国申请专利。其后,有关研究不断在美、德获得进展。进入90年代,该工艺在工业发达国家进入实际应用生产阶段。适用的毛坯由最初的粉末锻造连杆,发展到中高碳钢锻造连杆,使用的厂家覆盖了美国三大汽车公司,以及德国奔驰、宝马等著名企业。目前国内应用该技术的厂家是一汽大众发动机厂,引进德国技术装备,适用于每缸五气门新型发动机连杆。 展开
