Party A may terminate this contract atany time, with or without cause, effective immediately upon written notice toParty B. Services to be performedpursuant to this contract shall cease immediately upon any termination of thiscontract. Upon expiration or terminationof this contract, if applicable, for any reason, Party B shall within twoweeks: i) return to Party A all equipment, and ii) either return all documentsand other materials containing any Party A (or affiliates) information, allwork product, and all copies thereof made by Party B or at Party A’s writtendirection certify destruction of the same.
