Dear Editor:

I am writing with the hope that you can publish the pollution issues in my hometown. My hometown is 你的家乡名字. It used to be very clean and nice. However, one factory moved into our hometown. That factory discharges polluted water into the river that runs across my hometown. The tap water in my house smells weird now. All we can do now is to boil the water before we drink it; however, I am still worried that people in my hometown will be sick. We complained to the factory and they did not do anything. I wish that you can publish the problem and the government can help us solve the problem.
