有个很脑残但是我不会的问题、见笑
I was told that there were about 50 foreign students ___Chinese in the school ,most ____were from Germany.

studying我没问题、但是我想知道为什么them不行。虽然我是靠着考点去选D（正确答案）的。
还有我想知道如果要用them.此句要怎么改。

又因为在there were about 50 foreign students ___Chinese in the school ,most ____were from Germany.这个从句里，most ____were from Germany.做的是从句而不是和there were并列的句子
如果是there were about 50 foreign students ___Chinese in the school and that most ____were from Germany.也就是说most前面有and that，就变成了两个并列的宾语从句，宾语从句中的第二个的that不可省略，所以必须是and that，这样子的话就可以选 of them了。
