The pro side one (pro 1) is really a hypocritically modest person, who speaks rather than fight. I have ever hold a concurrent post(taken a part-time job) and know the advantages and disadvantages. Please listen to our stated point. (We think)It is more disadvantageous for a college student to take a part-time job (sideline/bywork). According to the survey, college students have a limited ability to adjust themselves to the society, and it is difficult to find a job with which they can be fully trained by taking a bywork.
I conceive that the pro side has neglected one thing, that is, most college students take part-time jobs as tutors, handbill(或leaflet 或 flier)-sender/distributor. What else can they do besides these jobs. They don't want to do small jobs and dare not do difficult jobs. Can these common sidelines effect trainingg of abilities? The answer is surely negative. As tutuors, they just review what they have learned in middle schools (high schools), while it has little to do with what they learned in college. Being tutors is nothing but a way to earn pocket money. Perhaps someone may say as a sales promoter he/she can pactise their capabilities for social intercourses and lingual communication. However, this requires a premise that you have to be familiar with your to-be-sold products. College students should concentrate on their studies. If the job as a promoter impedes his/her studies, that will be definetly a more loss than gain. Therefore, our side think ,It is more disadvantageous for a college student to take a part-time job (sideline/bywork)
