这道题目呢我的理解是这样的，先说下题干好了。
题干提示收集的数据符合正态分布，均数10%，标准差8%，接下来大概就是要求出那些百分比之间所占的面积吧，还有求出以下数据的第一个、第二个、第三个四分位数。
然后呢就是答案了，part a 中依次为均数加减一个、两个、三个标准差，而后根据正态分布的特点，易知其面积及依次为68%、95%、99.7%。
part b 中将数据先从小到大排列，这样呢就好算四分位数了，书上都有公式的，理解一下就好了。
