1. 你改写一下就知道为什么了，the families living on this block have never had hard feelings between them.

2. 那个句子主要动词是are，后面不是从句，所以不可以再用have been

3. 如果要用base on, 要是base his arguments on，而不可以用在arguments之前。

4. 其实两个都可以，只是未来完成时比较合适。因为未来完成时主要是说，这个时候会怎么样。。。所以是，2050会怎么样变化

5. would rather 是虚拟，所以要用came

6. 这个觉得应该是be done

7. might have had 或许比较合适因为需要知道或许
