所以,我们在猜想,图面上的两段扭力值0.4903 N 及0.8929 N 是否根据弹簧实测力值写上去的?? 还是根据计算结果而定?
如果是根据实测值写上去的,因为每家弹簧厂测量数据都有出入,对于我们来说,无法做到与图面要求一致!!
B.按照做弹簧的经验,一般情况下,由于实测结果与理论计算有出入,导致扭簧的自由角与扭力不能同时满足,我们只能保证其中之一,即保证力值,自由角作参考,或者保证自由角,力值实测为准.
而对于此款弹簧,本身自由角公差93o±5o也不是很大,还需要管控两段力值,这样在制作上是有困难的,考虑到以上的各种原因,我司希望这款弹簧的扭力值可以作为参考,保证93o±5o为主..请贵司评估能否接受!! 展开
