用谷歌翻译的就算啦，文字如下：谢谢你们，这次我收到了你们的邮件，我在你们提供给我的软件参数基础上又做了新的参数修改，现在软件处理声音的效果我非常满意，比我之前用的其他软件都要好，但是唯一有点不好的地方是：通过你们软件语音的时候，声音背景有杂音，类似于“哐。。哐。。咚。。咚”的声音，见邮件附件，请问如何消除这种背景杂音，这个跟我说话的环境以及麦克风没有关系，我在不使用你们软件的时候，没有以上问题。

I 've changed some datas which you provided ,and now I'm satisfied with sounds effect ,this is better than other software I used before ,However this is not perfect ,It still have noices behind the background ,like kuangkuang ,...
pls find the attachement which you could hear that .
and kindl let me know how to let the noice gone ?
p.s . This probelm are not about my microphone or the surroundings .It's all right when I used other softwares .

we have changed the data again based on the software details that you sent us in previous. at this moment, we are very satisfied with the effect of this sound handing , it is better than other softwares that we used.
But only one problem, when we test your software voice, it makes a noise tone like "kuang" kuang" or "dong" "dong"( like crash or Dumming sounds)， here, we send the attachment for your reference.

Would you please tell us how can remove those background noise? is it related with our enviroment and Microphone?
