Body language is used by people for sending messages to one another. It is very useful because it can help you make yourself easily understood. When you are talking with others,you are not just using words, but also using expressions and gestures. For example, waving one's hand is to say "Good-bye." A smile and handshake show welcome, and clapping hands means congratulations. Nodding the head means agreement, but shaking the head means disagreement.

how can peopel have conversation with other peopel? absolutely use thier mouth to speak. but many unable people can not speak, then they think about a way to communication. it's usiong the body language. yes. peopel using body language is more popular and more interesting.
even the normal peopel also use body language. when you think the people speak to loud but you do not want to borther other people you will put your inger in your mouth. so that people will know you want them quiet. it's amazing that body language can sue all over the world.
when you go to another country you keep smiling people will know you are happy and friendly and try to smile back
so body language is more quick way to express our mood and can let everyone know without speakling their language!
