安装trados 2011出现error CS0006:未能找到元数据文件"System.Core.dll",怎么办？

我多次安装SDL Trados Studio 2011 sp2， 每次都出现错误，详细情况如下：An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found in C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\Logs) and contact technical support.

我根据以上情况，下载了system.core.dll 并复制粘贴于C:\Windows\System32目录下，仍然不行！
求大神帮忙！注意：安装的软件是trados 2011

这是编译前引用到的dll找不到，原因是软件冲突或者安装出错。
MSDN上有老外说这是一个bug，你可以在vs上新建工程再编译，这时不会报错。
如果一定要在命令提示符下运行，则采用：
csc /noconfig *.cs
问题就解决了。
