About the total CBM in P.I, we estimated that it was 68.39 CBM, actually we overestimated. While the data in the Bill of lading was 55.66CBM, it was just a number in-processing, the actual CBM was much more than 55.66CBM. Pls look at the loading picture which I forwarded to you. All right, just forget it, let us move on.
As known to you ,we demanded to book 40GP (60m³) freight, but your ship agency insisted that 40HQ should be booked, because 40HQ is cheaper. The agent said she would discuss the issue with your side, and finally she said it was your company's decision to book 40HQ. So we are not responsible for the issue.
Our packing is very tough, for avoiding the damage in transit, we took some further measures. Pls be assured, the shipment is OK.
