请高手帮我翻译下信用证的附加条款，非常感谢！

A discrepancy fee of EURO 100.00 or equivalent will be deducted from the proceeds if documents are presented with discrepancy(-ies) and acceptance of such documents does not in any way alter the terms and conditions of this credit.
Documents with discrepancies will be rejected. However ,notwithstanding any prior notice of rejection by us ,we reserve the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant,and subject to our concurrence with such waiver,we reserve the right to release documents against such a waiver without notice to the presenter, provided that no written instructions to the contrary have been received by us from the presenter before such release.
