同事请假了，本人是英文白痴，又被迫必须给国外的客户写邮件，所以特来请教大神，帮我翻译个邮件，谢谢！

邮件内容如下：
此款差压变送器我们和YOKOGAWA都没有现货，所以很遗憾我们无法提供备件给贵公司！
目前YOKOGAWA需要收到实物后才能给出具体的解决措施（换货或者维修），换货的时间是1个月，维修则为1周，请知悉！

Yokogawa and we don't have this model of differential pressure transmitter, therefore, we are sorry that we can not provide the spare parts to you.

Please kindly be noted that Yokogawa needs to get the real product before they offer the solution, either to exchange or to repair. It will cost you 1 month to exchange and 1 week to repair.

We are sorry to say that we are not able to supply you the required spare parts since neither YOKOGAWA nor our company has this model of differential pressure transmitter/transducer in stock.
At present, no specific solutions (replace or repair) could be given by YOKOGAWA until the (defect) part itself is received. Please be advised that it will take a month for replacement and a week for repair.
