信用证上的一个条款，请帮忙翻译！

第一次接到信用证，不知道要注意些什么
marine insurance policy or certificate in negotiable form and blank endorsed for 110 pct of invoice value payable in the currency of the credit irrespective of percentage covering all
risks, non-delivery clauses, institute war clauses, institute strikes, riots and civil commotion clauses, warehouse to warehouse clauses, and evidencing claims are payable at destination in the currency of the credit irrespective of percentage.

空白背书的可转让（可流通）的海运保险单或保险凭证，保险金额为发票价值的110%，（如有索赔）用信用证的币种赔付，不计免赔率保一切险，交货不到险，协会战争险，协会罢工民暴险，包括仓至仓条款。注明如有索赔在目的地用信用证币种赔付，不计免赔率。
以上是翻译，条款啰嗦，后面的与前面的重复了。
操作上注意：

1.被保险人做成受益人，然后交单时受益人空白背书；
2.保险金额按发票金额的110%算，小数舍去进1取整数（不是四舍五入）；
3.保险险种险别栏填：irrespective of percentage covering all risks, non-delivery clauses, institute war clauses, institute strikes, riots and civil commotion clauses, warehouse to warehouse clauses
4.赔付地点栏填： AAA in USD(假定信用证的44F或44B栏的内容为AAA，32B栏的币种为USD)
