Nowdays, more and more people don`t value their healths. They always stay up late,do less exercise and eat much junk food and so on.So these bad habits make them ill. Do you know how to keep in good health? First of all, you`d better drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Next, you`d better exercise very often such as playing basketball, doing some running and taking walks and so on . Then, you`d better eat more vegetables and eat less junk food.At last,you`d better have a good sleep and you`d better drink a glass of milk before you go to bed.
