你的问题在于:
INFORM的语气在这里不适合.
没有必要用HAVE BEEN,时态不准确.
请别人不能说YOU SHOULD 怎么样,太不客气了.
AS WELL AS在这里用的也不对.
用了WHETHER 就不能用THIS OR NOT了，因为已经有这个含义在里面.

另外,你的翻译主要问题就是语气比较生硬,说话不太婉转,把话说的太绝,而且,有的句子比较中文式的译法.
