Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis on 5 cases of pediatriccoronary artery fistula with coronary angiography in our hospital from 2009 January to 2012 December, and analysis on the DSA manifestations of coronary artery fistula have been conducted, for purpose of carrying out the interventional blocking in pediatric patients with indications.

Results: Among the 5 cases of coronary artery fistula, the first case is right coronary and right ventricle fistula, the second and third cases are right coronary and left ventricular fistula, the fourth case is right coronary pulmonary arteryfistula combined with atrial septal defect, and the fifth case is left coronary and rightventricle fistula. Three of these five cases had the interventional blocking, and all had been successfully blocked.
结果　5例冠状动脉瘘中，右冠右室瘘1例，右冠左室瘘2例，右冠肺动脉瘘1例且合并房间隔缺损，左冠右室瘘1例。其中有3例患儿有介入封堵适应症封堵术，全部封堵成功。

Discussion: DSA coronary artery angiography is not only the gold standard for diagnosis of pediatric coronary artery fistula, but also has a great value of application in the interventional operation of blocking.
