对方昨天问我要5个样品，今天问我能不能给10个。我不知怎么表达，意思如下：

当然可以提供给您10个样品。只是多出的这五个要明天和后天生产，周三才能寄出。
另外，A型号的以前曾经生产过，如果需要，也可以向你提供样品。
B、C型号的，如果你能提供样品，我方可以打样供你确认。

不知怎么写啊，请大神帮忙！谢谢！

我觉得应该是：about the models of A we have some in stock, we are happy to free send the models for your test, may i know that is ok for you?

Dear XXX,

I have already arranged 5 pcs of samples you asked yesterday. Since you would like us to send you 10 pcs of samples,we are honored to supply. However, it will spend around 2 days on producing the extra 5 pcs and the samples can be sent out on Wednesday. Please kindly inform if you can allow us to delay the delivery of samples?

What is more, if you can accept, we are happy to provide you with the sample A, which was made by us before. For sample B and C, the samples can be made to be confirmed by you after we have the finished products from you at first.

Of cause we can give you 10 samples. But we need two days to produce them, so we will send these samples on Wednesday.

And we also can give you TYPE A's sample because it was produced before. By the way, if you can supply TYPE B & C's products, we can also make a same sample for you to confirmed.
