你好，我询问我的信用卡银行，这两笔支付目前是占款状态，6pm并没有确认，所以这两笔支付还没有完成，但又无法退回，支付方和银行都没办法结束这种占款状态，需要收款方结束这笔付款，所以希望您可以帮忙。银行提供的付款编号为：“******”，交易时间是9.1日。谢谢。
（我在6pm买东西，信用卡支付后，6pm没有反馈订单，而银行已近显示付款了，和银行联系后，目前需要6pm终止这笔付款，所以请大神帮忙翻译一下。）

hello, I want to enquire for my credit card which has been finished payment process to 6pm before. But the 6pm told me they still not get any my money. The money was sticked on the way. I hope you can help me to stop the payment sending. And this step just can be finished by Receiving side. Here is the bank reciept NO.:********, transaction time is the 1th, September.
