由于您公司把这个订单分为两批发给我们，导致我们需要多支付一次报关费用给海关办理进口的手续，这个费用是200USD，因为多出的费用我被我的领导批评了，所以希望在我们下次的采购订单中，您能给我优惠，减掉这个200USD，我将不胜感谢！

due to your company decide separate indent to two point, we need to pay for one more Customs clearance fee to Customs formalities import 200 dollars. Because of the extra i got a criticism form my boss. i will appreciate of that if you can pay for this extra fee for me next time.
