一份完整的生物学习计划应该包括预习、听讲、复习和做作业、总结、习题改错等内容,下面,有关生物学习计划的完整内容。
  1、预习。生物预习使自己的听讲更加有的放矢,听讲时就可以对自己已经弄懂的或对高一生物重点知识重新加深印象。所以,预习时应做到:会发现问题、会听重点、会记笔记、会提问题。
  2、听讲。即功夫应下在课堂上。懂得听什么、怎么听。
  ①听什么?在生物课堂上要做到“三听”,即听思路、听联系、听重难点。
  首先是听思路。听课时要注意听老师是怎样引出新课题的,又是怎样把新课题展开的,怎样讲解的,怎样归纳小结的。老师的思路,也就是我们掌握知识的思路。
  第二是听联系。老师讲课时,一定会联系许多过去学过的旧知识,使学过的旧知识成为学习新知识的基础。上课时注意听这种联系,不但可以复习巩固旧知识,而且对于学习新知识有重要的促进作用。
  第三是听重难点。重点内容老师在讲解的过程中会反复强调,一定要用心听,准确地记在心里。难点内容,老师讲解时一定会放慢速度,这时候要跟紧老师的思路,不要遗漏掉一个细节,不然有些难点也会成为我们学习过程中的拦路虎。而对于那些既是重点又是难点的知识,我们更要弄个一清二楚,丝毫不可以马虎。
  ②怎么听?
  首先,前面提到的预习步骤要认真落实,使听课能有的放矢。
  第二,听讲时要开动“思维机器”,通过听、看、写等方面,随着生物老师讲课的思路要多思考,特别是围绕上面提到的“三听”来思考问题,在头脑中多问几个为什么。
  第三,多提问题。无论是课上想到的问题,还是课下遇到的问题,都应及时向生物老师提出,要有“刨根问底”的劲头儿。课上没时间问,可以在课下问,最终要把自己的问题解决。
  第四,认真记好笔记。课堂笔记,应该说是课本知识内容的高度浓缩,是本节课的重点所在,也是精华所在,也可以认为是知识内容的纲要,所以要认真记好笔记。
  3、复习和做作业
  每天的复习一定要避免机械的重复,而应抓住生物老师讲课的重点、知识的联系和老师讲课的思路,将讲课内容按照自己的理解,用语言表述一番。
  通过复习,加强了对知识的理解和记忆,然后再来做作业,可以大大提高做作业的效率,作业中的困难、疑问多可迎刃而解,而且通过做作业又可进一步运用所学的知识,加深对于以前的知识的理解和掌握。
  4、总结
  总结,是指在完成生物的某一章节知识的学习后,对此章节知识进行整理、重组,总结出该章节知识的联系、知识的系统或知识的结构,以便我们能从整体上把握生物知识,从而加深对于生物知识的理解和灵活掌握。
  5、习题改错
  最后还要强调一下习题改错。在生物学习过程中,可能会有不少生物老师要求同学们进行改错。千万不要认为改错是在为生物老师完成一项任务,而要把它作为生物学习中的一个重要环节。通过改错,我们可以使知识得到进一步的升华,如果少了这一环节,生物的学习过程也就不会完美了。

学习计划:
1. 每天早上6:20起床,用10分钟将头天要背的课文温习1—2遍,6:40从家出发。
2. 上课认真听讲,积极发言,做好笔记。
3. 认真仔细写作业,不对答案,认真对待每一门课。
4. 写完作业后,复习当天的内容并预习第二天上课的内容。
5. 对于副课及历史、地理、生物每学完一课后,要用心去作自己买的课外习题书,作的时候要做到不抄答案,不看书,凭借自己所学的去做。如果遇到不会的题,也不能马上看答案或看书,要等到全部做完后,再去找答案,并及时背过。
6. 对于主课及数学(代数、几何)、语文、英语、物理和政治,每学完一单元或一课时,要对比《优化设计》的讲解部分进行进一步的加深理解和巩固,并要做练习题,写时仍不能抄答案,写完后可交老师批改或对照答案,找出错误及时纠正。
7. 遇到不懂得要及时问老师或问同学,弄明白。

制定学习计划的步骤:
1、认清优势和劣势。
分析自身的实际学习情况,不要看别人定什么目标,自己也给定什么目标。不适合自己的目标,结果不是半途而废,就是丧失了对学习的兴趣和信心。所以,分析的强项弱项,明确自己的优点和不足,找到需要加强、提高的地方。是制订学习计划的第一步。
2、确定目标,由易到难。
简而言之,学习计划就是规定在什么时候采取什么方法、步骤,达到什么学习目标,按部就班的完成,完成预期的结果。但在制订目标时,也不能“一口吃个胖子”,可以把一个学期的大目标分解为一个个阶段性的小目标。
3、约束自己,持之以恒。
计划定下来一定要坚持,执行计划的过程,同时也是训练自己遵守规则、养成良好习惯的过程。有的计划是需要长期坚持的。比如每天抽出一定的时间背单词的练习。这种训练可能持续两三个星期都不会看到十分明显的效果,但是坚持半年到一年,词汇量会有惊人的提高。
4、阶段评估,增加动力。
开学一段时间以后,可以阶段性地回顾学习计划的完成情况。如果计划完成得较好,看到自己的进步,会更有动力,并以此为依据调整制订更适合的新的学习计划。
