生产现场低压电动机电源系统容易受到多种因素影响,发生晃电致使运行中的重要负荷停电,甚至导致电网故障范围扩大,采取有效的防晃电技术来解决设备晃电再启动、辅机变频器防晃电等问题是有必要的。介绍晃电产生的原因,分析火电厂电源系统发生晃电时对交流接触器、辅机变频器典型设备供电回路带来的不良影响,针对火电厂生产设备配置特点,对交流接触器、辅机变频器常见防晃电技术的优、缺点进行分析比较,结果表明基于采用马达保护器欠压重启动功能、加装低电压穿越装置是目前最有效的方法。某热电厂应用实例证明这两种防晃电方案实现长周期安全生产

It is necessary to adopt effective anti-sloshing technology to solve the problems of equipment sloshing and restarting, auxiliary frequency converter anti-sloshing and so on. This paper introduces the causes of sloshing, analyzes the adverse effects on the typical equipment power supply circuit of AC contactor and auxiliary frequency converter when the sloshing occurs in the power supply system of thermal power plant, and aims at the configuration characteristics of production equipment in thermal power plant.
