在描述发生的事情时，都是过去式，因为是已经发生了的。

而在介绍那个建筑物的时候是一般现在时，后来讲你将来的希望是也是一般现在式。

如果第一句没有那个 and 的话 那就是 was going down

另外，有一个打错了哈哈..那个是 were waiting for the lift
