这里应该说 加和不加 s 都可以
我是以量词的角度 看的， 量词时是不能加s的
比如 two hundred books
Tom is six feet tall. 汤姆身高六英尺.

如果你加 s 就是和用数词理解了
这就和 he is two years old 差不多了
