1 have access to 固定搭配 access是途径， have access to 意思为可以利用，有。。。的途径 如果你理解句子意思 就不会选择account了 account是账户的意思

2 in combination是固定搭配 后面通常接with
association 前面不跟in

3 that 代替前面提及的art form 如果用one只是普通的art form没有that的代替指代作用

8 无线波是一种重要的。。。工具。 conversation是对话 显然不符合意思。communication就符合了

9 cause damage to sth 对。。。造成伤害 破坏 damage通常形容物体的伤害

10 instinct 自主性 自发性的 by instruction是遵照说明的意思

1 have access to 固定搭配 access是途径， have access to 意思为可以利用，有。。。的途径 如果你理解句子意思 就不会选择account了 account是账户的意思

前者是结合组合的意思 后者是协会的意思
再加上 in combination with 这个是很经常见的搭配
句子意思 失败经常与不幸结合一起。
没有 in association with 的用法

3 that 特指 one没有特指的意思

objective 是目的的意思 名词

aiming是瞄准 aim动词瞄准 不符合题意

其他的我不清楚，但是代词的题我可以帮你解答。one必须指代可数名词单数，而value是不可数名称，故使用that。至于所用格形式楼主应该晓得。
